In this highly visible position, you will be a customer service technician for the very busy BOP/SCP (Business Owners Program/Special Contractor Program) underwriting unit. In this energetic role, you will be entering statistical information for applications, quotes, change requests and renewals after an underwriter has approved them. You will be processing driver’s lists, cancellations and reporting forms entering statistical information and computing premiums for all lines of commercial business using the ACL (automated commercial lines) system. You will be deciding which files to refer back to the underwriter for review; assist underwriters with information gathering and written correspondence and handle overflow of incoming calls when possible. Your primary goal is to produce quality technical assistance, agents and coworkers and to meet service standards.
