Job Summary: UFG is seeking an Audit / Loss Control Representative to handle our larger accounts for the state of Arkansas. Duties include premium audit review of insured’s accounting records and determine the amount of chargeable exposure to be used in the calculation of the earned premium for the policy period. Loss Control duties include on-site review of insured’s premises and operations for smaller accounts for workers compensation, property, inland marine, auto and general liability coverages. Reduce and prevent losses through risk improvement recommendations.
Provide excellent customer service. Help us grow the state of Arkansas and build positive relationships with our insureds and agents.
Provide continuing service to accounts. Complete outside premium audits with insureds. Good communication with underwriting on policy classifications and auditable exposures. Provide quality risk control surveys to our accounts to reduce losses and retain accounts. This includes evaluating exposures and controls and submitting effective recommendations to control losses.
